IEC Tutorials - a lot of telecom, datacom, 3G and internet things explained in short and easy white papers

IEC has a site filled with Tutorials in their field, ie telecom, datacom, 3G and internet.

They are labelled "white papers" but are more easy to read and understand than a typical white paper. It is obvious that the intended reader is someone who wants to get a quick but still fairly complete overview of the subject. Thus easy to grasp, but definitely not a trivial text leaving more question than answers.
